Configure Twilio credentials to send SMS and WhatsApp messages from Jinba Flow.

Required Credentials

  • Account SID
  • Auth Token
You can find both values in the Twilio Console.

Setup

  1. Sign up or log in to Twilio
  2. Open the Twilio Console
  3. Copy your Account SID
  4. Reveal and copy your Auth Token
  5. In Jinba Flow, open your workspace secrets settings
  6. Add two secrets: one of type TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID holding the Account SID, and one of type TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN holding the Auth Token
The two values are separate secrets, not one credential. In a flow, reference them as {{secrets.TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID.account_sid}} and {{secrets.TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN.auth_token}}, replacing the secret names with the names you gave them.

Trial Account Notes

  • Trial accounts can only send to verified phone numbers
  • Trial messages include a Twilio trial signature
  • WhatsApp testing requires joining the Twilio Sandbox
