Configure your Luma AI API credentials to generate videos, images, and use other Luma AI services from your Jinba Flow workflows.

Prerequisites

  • A Luma AI account
  • Access to Luma AI API

Getting Your API Key

  1. Visit the Luma AI website
  2. Sign in to your account or create a new one
  3. Navigate to your account settings or API section
  4. Click “Generate API Key” or “Create new API key”
  5. Give your API key a descriptive name
  6. Copy the generated API key (you’ll only see it once)

API Features

Jinba Flow uses Luma AI through two tools: LUMA_TEXT_TO_VIDEO generates a video from a text prompt (inputs prompt, model, aspect_ratio, resolution, loop, duration), and LUMA_TEXT_TO_IMAGE generates an image (inputs prompt, model, aspect_ratio).

Setting Up in Jinba Flow

  1. Go to your workspace settings in Jinba Flow
  2. Navigate to the “Secret” section
  3. Find “Luma” in the list of available credentials
  4. Click “Configure” or “Add New”
  5. Enter your Luma AI API key in the designated field
  6. Click “Save” to store your credentials

Usage

Select the saved secret (type LUMA_API_KEY) in the Luma Labs API Key field (api_key config) of LUMA_TEXT_TO_VIDEO or LUMA_TEXT_TO_IMAGE. See the video generation tools page for the tool inputs and output.
