1. Sign in

Open the sign-in page

Go to https://neo.jinba.io/ and open the sign-in page.

Authenticate with your account

Sign in using one of the following methods:
  • Email address and password
  • Google account
  • Microsoft account
  • SSO (if enabled for your organization)

Enter your workspace

After signing in, the chat screen opens. If you were invited to a workspace, signing in with the email address the invitation was sent to adds you as a member automatically.On your first sign-in you may land in a workspace of your own — use the workspace name button at the top of the sidebar to switch to a workspace shared with your organization.
If this is your first time, you first need to complete invitation email → sign up → accepting the organization invitation. See First Login for the full walkthrough.

2. Send your first chat

Open a new chat

Select “New chat” in the sidebar.

Type a message

Write your request in the input box. For example:
Research our competitors’ pricing pages and summarize them in a comparison table
Press Enter to send and Shift + Enter for a new line (⌘ / Ctrl + Enter also sends). The Enter that confirms IME input never sends by accident, and you can change the send key in Settings.

Watch the AI work

You can see the AI thinking and running tools in real time. Use “Interrupt” at any time to stop the current run.

3. Create your first agent

Once you are comfortable with chat, create an agent specialized for a specific purpose.

Open the Agents page

Select “Agents” in the sidebar and click “New agent”.

Set a name and role

Enter a name (e.g., Sales Analyst) and a description. With “Auto-generate”, the AI drafts a description and system prompt from the name.

Attach resources

Open the configuration panel with the gear icon on the new agent’s detail page, then attach Skills, Connectors, and Knowledge. See Attach resources to an agent for details.

Chat with the agent

Start a conversation right on the agent’s detail page, or pick the agent with @ in the chat input box.
