Login & Account

Please check the following:
  • Is your email address and password correct?
  • If logging in with a Google or Microsoft account, have you selected the correct account?
  • If using SSO, are your organization’s Identity Provider credentials correct?
  • Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and try again
If you became unable to log in after several failed password attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. See the next item.If the problem persists, please contact support.
To protect against unauthorized access, email and password login temporarily locks an account after repeated failed attempts.
  • The lock is released automatically over time. No action from an administrator is required
  • Retrying while the lock is active makes the wait longer. Please wait a while before trying again
  • If you no longer remember your password, reset it from “Forgot password?” on the login screen instead of waiting for the lock to clear
  • This applies only to email and password login. Logging in with Google, Microsoft or SSO is unaffected
While the lock is active, clearing your cache and cookies or switching browsers will not resolve it.
You can create a new account from “Sign up” on the login screen. Alternatively, logging in with “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Microsoft” automatically creates an account. If you’re using SSO on an Enterprise plan, your account is automatically created on first login.
Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and enter your registered email address. If using SSO, reset your password through your organization’s Identity Provider.

Chat

This may be a temporary error. Please try the following:
  • Reload the page and send your question again
  • Wait a moment and try again
If the problem persists, please contact support.
Please check the following:
  • Is the file format supported? (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, audio, archives, etc.)
  • Does the file size exceed the limit?
  • Is the file corrupted?
You can view past chats in the “Recent chats” section of the side panel; “See all” opens the Chat History page with search and date filters. Click on a chat to resume the conversation from where you left off.
Click the settings menu (⋮) of the chat you want to delete in the chat list and select “Delete”. Deleted chats cannot be recovered.

Connectors

Please check the following:
  • Is the external service account valid?
  • Has the API key or token expired?
  • Are access permissions set on the external service side?
Try the “Refresh” button on the connector details screen.
Possible causes of the error:
  • Connection is broken
  • Insufficient permissions
  • Invalid parameters
Try refreshing the connector or run the tool individually with “Run Tool” on the connector details screen.
Please check the following:
  • Is the flow published in Jinba Flow? Only published flows are installed as connectors
  • Has the Jinba Flow workspace been connected (API key or JWT) and refreshed since the flow was published?

Agents

Every workspace member can create agents. If the “Create Agent” button is missing, check that you are in the right workspace. Note that members can edit and delete only their own agents; workspace owners can edit any agent.
Please check the following:
  • Are the instructions specific and clear?
  • Are the required connectors configured?
  • Are the reference files properly uploaded?
Run a test in Agent Builder to verify the behavior.
Check the visibility chosen with the “Publish” button: “Share in workspace” is visible only to members of the workspace, “Share in organization” to members of the organization, and “Publish publicly” to anyone with the link. Also, other users may need to reload the agent list.

Tasks

Please check the following:
  • Is the schedule correctly set?
  • Is the task in “Scheduled” state?
  • Is the agent being used valid?
  • Is the connector connection valid?
Completed tasks are shown in the “Completed” column of the Task Management screen. Open the task’s menu (⋮) and select “View History” to see the execution results.
In the Kanban view, drag the scheduled task’s card to the “Draft” column. The task will return to draft state and automatic execution will stop.
